At Steed Construction our goal is
ZERO accidents and injuries on all our job sites and there have been several
years that we have accomplished that goal. In recognition of these
accomplishments, Steed Construction has won multiple National AGC Safety
Awards (NASA) over the years. These awards are to recognizing AGC (Associated
General Contractors of America) members for their Safety Excellence Since 1926.
The personal health and safety of
our employees, subcontractors, and other visitors is of absolute importance to
Steed Construction. Our goal is to always provide a safe, healthy and
productive work environment. In an effort to attain that goal, we have
implemented a company-wide Safety & Health Program and associated

number of injuries and illnesses to an absolute minimum and reach our goal of
zero accidents and injuries. Our comprehensive Safety & Health Program
includes all of the individual programs and documentation needed to maintain a
safe and compliant jobsite and workplace. The program is reviewed
regularly to ensure it is in keeping with current safety regulations.
Our Superintendents and Project
Management teams complete the OSHA 30-hour for Construction Safety
program. We also implement other topic or process specific training
courses as necessary for each assignment.
We recognize that safety is a shared responsibility and realize that our
program is only effective with the full participation and commitment from all
our employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
