Steed Construction Inc. was founded in 1988 by Randy Steed in Sunnyvale, CA to provide General Contracting and
Construction Management services to a diversified client base in Northern California. In 1993 a second office was
opened by Co-Owner Scott Raymes in Idaho and is currently the company's principal office. In 2010, another office was opened in Utah to meet the expanding needs of our clients and is managed by Scott Steed.
Since our inception, our first priority has always been to provide quality workmanship and outstanding service with a highly qualified professional staff. Our vast project experience, with emphases on
Design/Build has made Steed Construction a leader in the industry.
By providing a high level of service with hands-on attention from our owners and key employees, the company has
expanded into multiple states and has a strong following of repeat clients that includes major institutions
and corporations along with individual users and real-estate developers.
To insure quality and a timely project completion, we have developed proven systems and employ experienced professionals and pre-qualified subcontractors that meet our high standards. Each brings a specialty to enhance and
